This adapted apartment has capacity for up to 4 people. It has a bedroom with two single beds of 90 cm and a sofa bed of 140 cm in the living room, with space for two people. It features an equipped kitchen, internet connection and a bathroom with shower. The single beds offer a comfortable layout for friends or family members who prefer to sleep separately. The complex has heating and cooling provided by an air-source heat pump system. A laundry service is also available for €12 per wash-and-dry service.

In the village, you will find shops including La Despensa de Ana, Alimentación Lezcanos and Carnicería Mariolen, as well as El Navarro bar. Aniñón also has a pharmacy, an Ibercaja bank branch, the Longares bakery and café, and a petrol station.
