Apartment intended exclusively for temporary stays, ideal for relocated professionals, healthcare personnel, project workers, postgraduate students, or individuals who need to reside in the city for work, academic, or medical reasons, during a specific period.
The property is located in Marbella, on Avenida de las Palmeras, and offers full sea views, enjoying excellent natural light and the privileged climate of the Costa del Sol throughout the year.
The apartment is completely renovated and is distributed as follows:

The stay is formalised by means of a seasonal tenancy agreement, in accordance with Article 3.2 of the Urban Leases Act, with specific entry and exit dates and a justified cause, and under no circumstances constituting a habitual or permanent dwelling.
For the formalisation of the contract, a deposit of €300 will be retained, which does not constitute a payment, and which will be released once the stay is completed and the correct condition of the property has been verified. The return may be made up to a maximum of 15 days after check-out, depending on the operational deadlines of the banking entity.
